Can I change what counts as productive?
Owners and admins can, in Settings → Tracking → Productivity rules, or straight from an app’s page in Reports. A rule for a website (youtube.com) wins over the browser it’s open in.
Rules can be set for one department too, so YouTube can be work for Marketing but not for Accounts. Changing a rule also updates the last 30 days.
