Timerfly + Make

Make (formerly Integromat) builds automations as visual scenarios. A Custom webhook in Make receives Timerfly’s events, and the modules after it can send them anywhere: Google Sheets, Airtable, WhatsApp Business, your HR system.

On the Business plan, and in the 14-day free trial.

What you get

  • An attendance register in Google Sheets or Airtable from day.started events.
  • Leave approvals copied into your HR tool or a shared calendar.
  • Alerts forwarded to a WhatsApp Business number through Make’s WhatsApp module.

Set it up

  1. 1In Make, create a scenario and add Webhooks → Custom webhook. Click Add, name it “Timerfly”, and copy the address.
  2. 2In Timerfly, go to Settings → API & integrations → Webhooks → Add webhook, paste the address and choose the events.
  3. 3In Make, click “Redetermine data structure”, then press “Send test” in Timerfly: Make learns the fields from the test.
  4. 4Add the modules that should run next, map the fields, and switch the scenario on.
